Simple categories mod for Adult Video Script

This mod replaces the default Adult Video Script categories page with a simple (pornhub like) categories page (really useful for high-traffic sites).

UPDATE: this AVS mod also fixes one bug i found in the category management part from the AVS Siteadmin Control Panel!
